As part of your child’s online registration, you will be guided through a three (3) step process: 1) Donate to WCEF; 2) Register or update your student’s information using the Aeries Parent Portal; and, 3) Create or update your Murwood-specific account in Membership Toolkit.


Aeries and Membership Toolkit registration is required for all families in the Walnut Creek School District and must be completed prior to attending Welcome Back Day!


In addition, you will need to be prepared to demonstrate your WCSD residency at Welcome Back Day using the documents described on the WCSD website here:


Please plan to complete all of the following before attending Welcome Back Day (otherwise, you will be sent to the Library to complete it):

* Go to the registration web link provided by WCSD here:;

* Make your WCEF donation;

* Register/update your information on Aeries and print out emergency card;

* Create/update your information on Murwood’s Membership Toolkit; and,

* Make MW PTO/Welcome Back Day purchases and print out receipt.

Don’t Forget to bring all of these Required Documents to Welcome Back Day:

1. Residency Documents;

2. Aeries Registration Emergency Card (one printed out for each MW child); and,

3. Membership Toolkit Registration & PTO Receipt (one printed out per MW family).

You will not receive your child’s classroom assignment at Welcome Back Day without these documents!

If you arrive without each of these documents printed out, you will be directed to the Library to complete registration online. So save yourself time by registering and printing out the documents in advance!


What if My Family Can’t Attend Welcome Back Day?

We ask that all families participate in Welcome Back Day; however, if your family is unable to attend, you should plan to submit your required documentation (Residency verification, Aeries emergency card and Membership Toolkit/PTO receipt) to the office during the first week of school.
