The PTA and Mrs. Durflinger are thrilled to announce that we are holding a read-a-thon fundraiser and book fair in accordance with each other. The Read-a-thon begins next Wednesday, May 8th and goes until May 22nd after Open House. The book fair runs from May 21-23.
There will be prizes earned for top 3 students per grade level with “dino-dollars” to spend at the book fair.
The top 3 students with minutes read in each grade level will win in “dino-dollars”
$40 the top student per grade level
$20 the 2nd top student per grade level
$10 the 3 rd top student per grade level
The top class in K-2 and 3-5 will earn a pizza party picnic with extra recess.
The “Golden Book Trophy” will be awarded to each class per grade level that reads the most minutes.
